Weekend Workout

 

Warm up and start burning fat by running up and down the stairs for 3 minutes.

20 Alternating One-Legged Glutes Bridge

30 Criss Cross Mountain Climbers

Side To Side Stacking Plank PushUp

Get into a pushup position on the floor, with a stack of five, 5lbs weight plates in front of you on one side. Using hand on the other side, grab them one by one and stack them in front on the opposite side. When the plates are all stacked perform 10 pushups. Repeat 4 x.

20 One Legged Stability Ball Curl

30 Criss Cross Moutain Climbers
