Super Protein Shake

2 handfuls of organic baby spinach leaves

1 heaping cup chopped organic kale leaves

1 organic pear

1 frozen organic banana

1 1/2 cups cold unsweetened organic almond milk

1 scoop Vanilla Vitel Whey Protein

Remove kale leaves from their rough center stalk and chop into pieces. In a blender, combine kale spinach and almond milk. Blend until no big kale bits remain. Stop blender and add banana, protein and pear. Blend until smooth.
