Today’s Workout

Perform this circuit 2-3 times with a 3 minute rest between circuits.

Side To Side Medicine Ball Hop

Keep hands on med ball and hop one leg to one side as pictured above while keeping the

other knee of the opposite leg on the medicine ball. Alternate sides for 20 reps.

Medicine Ball Squats

Hold med ball in front of you at all times as you perform 15 squats.

Hamstring Med Ball Roll In

Lay on your back with your hands at your sides and feet resting on a medicine ball.

Contract your abs, and raise your hips off the floor as you slowly roll in med ball toward you with your feet.

Roll the medicine ball in as close as you can and then roll in back out. Do 10 reps

Side To Side Jump Planks

Start in a high plank position with both legs to one side of a mat.

Jump over the mat bringing both legs to the other side. Alternate quickly for 20 reps.

Side Lunges With Medicine Ball

Perform side lunges holding a medicine ball out in front of you with both hands.

Alternating from side to side, do 20 lunges total.

Bicycle

Lay on your back with your hands behind your head.

Lift shoulders off the floor and bring one elbow to the opposite knee, as you keep the other leg off the floor, as pictured above.

Without stopping alternate to opposite side and repeat. Do 30 reps total.
