 1 FULL BRIDGE HOLD FOR 1 MINUTE

 15 TRICEP DIPS

 15 COUNTER “PUSH OFF” PUSH UPS

1 MINUTE SIDE T PLANK HOLD (left side)

 1 MINUTE SIDE T PLANK HOLD (right side)

5 BURPEES

REST. REPEAT 3 TIMES.
