Just finished my three rounds and yes..it took my breath away!! Feeling hot, sweaty and proud of myself for pushing through it! Thanks for the awesome workout! Look out 40 here I come! My goal was to be much healthier and happier by 40. Just three weeks away and I am feeling good!
