Push Up Challenge

1. As many push ups as you can in 1 minute.

2. 1 minute rest.

3. 2 minute plank

4. 1 minute rest.

5. 30 knee push ups.

6. 1 minute rest.

7. 10 “clap” push ups.

8. 1 minute rest.

9. 10 triceps push ups.

10. 1 minute rest.

11. 30 second plank.

12. stretch!
