Coconut Milk is a good cow’s milk alternative. This shake is dairy and gluten free.


Ingredients

–  2 tablespoons organic coconut milk powder (can be purchased at Green Girl Organics inside Physical Limits Fitness) or you can use canned organic coconut milk (found at Baxtrom’s Grocer)

 –  2 tablespoons raw organic cashew butter
–  2 scoops high quality vanilla protein powder (try Vitel Whey at Green Girl Organics) 
–  2/3 cup bottled spring water
–  2 tablespoons organic fresh mint (8-10 leaves)
–  2 ice cubes (made from bottled spring water)

Instructions

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds.

Top off with fresh mint leaves and serve.
