10 One Leg Burpees (5 Per Side)

20 Squat Jumps

30 High Knees (Jump Rope)

40 Jump Split Squats

50 Mountain Climbers With Sliding Weight Plates

40 Jumping Jacks

30 Plank Jacks

20 Skaters

10 Burpees

Rest for 2 Minutes…and repeat 2 x.
