Works: Glutes, Thighs, Hamstrings.

Do each move at max effort for 20 seconds.

Rest 10 seconds b/w each move and 3 minutes after each circuit.

Perform circuit 2-3 times.

 

1. Explosive SPEED SQUAT

2. ALTERNATING STEP UP ~ keep core tight and shoulders back.

3. SPEED SKATERS

4. SWITCH LUNGE JUMPS
