Green Cauliflower Dip

Green cauliflower dip


  • 2 1/2 cups organic Green Cauliflower, cut into pieces
  • organic olive oil
  • Sea salt and fresh ground pepper
  • 3 cloves organic garlic
  • 1 can small organic white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 whole organic green onions, sliced
  • 2 tsp ground organic cumin
  • 3 tbsp organic lemon juice, squeezed from a fresh organic lemon



  1. Toss cauliflower pieces in olive oil and sea salt and pepper, place on a baking tray.
  2. Roast cauliflower at 400F for 20 minutes.
  3. Add all ingredients to a food processor. Blend until smooth.

Serve with fresh organic vegetables, spread over toasted Ezekiel bread, or serve with organic brown rice chips.
