GLUTE KICKBACK MACHINE x 15 reps per side

Rest for 3 minutes and repeat for 1 more round, then rest again and complete 2 circuits of this ARM WORKOUT.

FRONT SHOULDER RAISES with 8-10lbs dumbbells x 20 reps
TRICEP KICKBACKS with 15lbs x 15 reps per side
SIDE SHOULDER RAISE with 10lbs x 10 per side
ALTERNATING BICEP CURLS with 20lbs x 20 reps
CHEST PRESS OFF BALL with 15lbs x 15 reps
