Exercise Your Core


This exercise will target your core muscles.

Start in this position with your hands facing your feet.

Bring one leg up.

Now reach for that foot that is in the air with the opposite side arm.

Go down and change sides.

Repeat 10-15 times per side and take a 30 second break. Do 3 sets.
