Practice moving the weights through a complete range of motion. Concentrate on technique rather than weight, choose a weight that you can move through all the reps and exhale as you lift the weight, and inhale as you lower it again.

 

Do 3 sets of 15 reps per exercise.

1)Overhead Triceps Extension with Dumbbell

2)Tricep Pushdown, using Straight Bar on Cable System

3)Push Ups, place hands in diamond shape

4)Tricep Dips off bench, straight leg
