Do this fat burning circuit 2-3 times with a rest between circuits.

One Arm Bridge Reach ~ Alternating Arms For 20 Reps

One Leg Push Up On Sand Ball ~ Alternating Legs For 20 Reps

Lunge On Smith Machine With Shoulder Press ~ 10 Reps Per Leg

Reptile Crunch ~ Alternating Legs For 20 Reps

Sit Ups On Stability Ball Holding Sand Ball ~ Alternating Sides For 20 Reps

Forward Lunge With Two Side Twist Holding Clubbell ~ 2 Twists Per Lunge ~ Alternate Sides ~ 10 Reps Per Side

Change Legs…Repeat With Two Twists
