Bikini Legs

Start with 15 minutes on the spinning bike before completing this leg workout.

 Squats for 3 minutes straight

Deadlifts 3 Sets of 20 Reps

Leg Extensions 3 Sets of 20 Reps

One Legged Split Squat On Stability Ball 3 Sets of 10 On Each Leg

Hamstring Stability Ball Curls 3 Sets of 15 Reps

Squats for 3 minutes straight

I finished my workout with five minutes of abdominal exercises, topping it off with a 1 minute plank.
