SINGLE LEG DEAD LIFT W’ KB x 12 PER LEG

LEG PRESS x 12

ALTERNATING STEP UPS W’ MED BALL x 24

KB GOBLET SQUATS x 12

LYING LEG LIFTS x 24 PER SIDE

OPEN LEG GLUTE BRIDE x 24

 

REST. REPEAT FOR 2-3 CIRCUITS.
