I am growing organic arugula this year, and with all of the sunshine and heat we’ve been getting, my garden is overflowing with it, so I decided to try this fresh summer salad.
Add grilled organic chicken or wild tuna steak to this to make it a meal!
Ingredients:
Organic Arugula, Organic Grapefruit, Toasted Organic Coconut Chips
Dressing:
1/2 Fresh Squeezed Organic Lemon, 2 Tablespoons Organic Olive Oil, 1 Clove Organic Garlic, Minced, Sea Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper For Taste
