Apple-Pie Smoothie

This smoothie is best post workout.

 

2 Scoops Organic Vanilla Protein
1 Raw Organic Apple, chopped
6 Raw Organic Walnuts
2 Tbsp. Ground Organic Flaxseed

2 Drops Pure Organic Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp. Organic Cinnamon
*a tiny pinch of Organic Nutmeg
3/4 Cups Bottled Spring Water
5 Large Ice Cubes

*Place all ingredients in a blender & mix until smooth!
