Getting 8, eight-ounce glasses of water a day isn’t as hard as it seems when you consider that some foods are practically overflowing with water content. Water heavy foods also help keep you feeling full, so you won’t be as tempted to eat a less-healthier snack.

Try adding these eight hydrating foods to your diet to help you get enough water every day.

1)Organic Zucchini

One cup of
cooked zucchini contains 211 mL water and it’s high in fibre.

2)Organic Pineapple

One cup of fresh organic pineapple has 142 mL of water.

3)Organic Pumpkin

A one-cup of boiled and mashed organic pumpkin contains 230 mL waterand as a bonus: 
Lots of vitamin B6.

4)Organic Citrus Fruits

A large organic orange has 160 mL water. Half an organic grapefruit (pink, red or white) contains 151 mL and both are full of Vitamin C!

5)Organic Cucumber

A cup of sliced cucumber contains 100 mL water. It also has lots of vitamin C.

6)Organic Cherries

A cup of pitted cherries contains 127 mL water. They are also high in fibre and a great source of  antioxidants.

7)Organic Apples

One large apple has 191 mL water. Apples are also a great source of fibre and have the antioxidant quercetin.

8)Organic Mung Beans

One cup of mung beans has 116 mL water. Mung beans are also a great source of protein.
