30 MINUTE WORKOUT

Even on busy days you can find at least 30 minutes to workout. Before work, before bed, after work, on your break…etc. It’s just getting the motivation to do it. Here is one of my favorite quick workouts.

Legs & Core Circuit

  Warm up with a light stretch, then start circuit. Do suggested reps for each exercise with 30 seconds rest between each exercise. Repeat circuit 3 times. Pineapple Coconut Cilantro Popsicles Ingredients 1 cup frozen organic pineapple chunks 2 tablespoons of minced fresh organic cilantro 1 cup organic coconut water Directions In a blender, mix all of the ingredients until smooth. Pour mixture into popsicle holders. Freeze for 8-12 hours and then enjoy!

Strong Body Workout

  Start with a 10 minute WARM UP on the stair master.   Do 3 sets of 8 reps per exercise. Drink water and rest after each set.
