Start by placing an exercise band with (tough resistance) under a stability ball and sitting on top, holding a handle in each hand. Make sure you are sitting up straight, shoulders are back, and core is tight.   Perform alternating bicep curls, keeping your wrists straight. Do 3 sets of 20-30 reps.
