Use these ab exercises to get strong core muscles and sexy, flat abs! Stability Ball Ab Crunch   Do 25 reps.  Elevated Leg Lift Do 15 reps. Roman Twist With Medicine Ball Do 30 reps rotating side to side. Side Knee Tuck Do 15 reps and then switch sides for 15 more.
